 The system is modular and can be easily upgraded to increase capacities. It is very efficient and requires little fuel to destroy the waste material put through it, making the technology even more profitable by reducing added fuel costs. To ensure safety of operations, the process is digitally monitored to ensure optimum performance and safety. The Integra system exceeds the United States EPA certification standards by many times with a Destruction Removal Efficiency (DRE) of 99.99999% and is going to be certified as ISO 14064 – the highest possible certification for this type of green technology making Integra one of the cleanest waste to energy alternative in the world. The plants produce a zero carbon footprint. The only byproducts are steam and an inert ash (like fly ash) that can be used in the construction industry. Sewage as well as MSW can be utilized. Integra systems take less than 2 years to construct one plant or multiple systems can be deployed at the same time. Depending on the country of employment, each plant will provide approximately 150 - 300 jobs including high level professional engineering positions, plus 500 - 1000 collateral jobs and 250 - 500 temporary jobs to deploy the plants. In addition to remediating new MSW, the technology is highly capable of cleaning up existing landfills for power production and reclaim the land.
